Enid Brand Identity Standards

Typography

Font selection is a key component in the creation of successful communications. Typography should work in concert with the overall design, photography, and editorial writing to help describe and define the Enid brand. When displaying any of the approved Enid taglines or for header copy we recommend that you use the approved typefaces shown on the Primary Typefaces page.  For body copy or other uses, we generally recommend that you:

Do use clean and classic faces, with a preference for sans-serif fonts

Don’t use fonts that are overly stylized

Don’t use type with drop shadows

Don’t use outline type

Do avoid condensing, excessive tracking, or horizontal scaling

Do use italicized styles sparingly
